For learning how to better nourish one’s body with sunlight, starlight, moonlight, and Light reflected from dewdrops, crystals and star infused waters.
This formula was offered after I had spent a night in dreamtime, alternating between states of feeding my body with food and nourishing my body with Light. I learned that I far preferred the biochemistry and more ecstatic state of “eating” Light even though I love all of the sensory aspects of cooking and eating.
