“I am Mary. Yes dearest ONES, we are here in the garden and we see that you join us. It is with
great joy that we share my new Mary Essence JOY with you this day! (smile).
What is joy my children? Joy can take so many expressions. Many of my children are quite certain
that joy is playing with the devas or the fairies, or that joy is a new puppy or that joy is interacting with a
small child. But notice, my children, that these experiences that you consider to be joy are actually
caused by a former imprint that you know would trigger the feeling of joy.
What we endeavor to share with you dear ONES is that the expression of joy is an interior expression
and is infinitely abundant and over flowing. Think of our Earth’s great waterfalls. The sweet waters pour
infinitely and abundantly every single day and have for millions of years. Think of joy this way my
children. The source of this abundance or expression is always the heart and we tell you dear ONES,
nurture your hearts and you will nurture your ability to express joy every flowing, ever abundant for at
least a million years!
My Mary Essence JOY is filled with flowers that nurture the heart and nurture your ability to express
joy no matter what outside experiences, circumstances or triggers are being experienced. Go within dear
ONES, find the fountains of joy within. Surround your hearts and our hearts of ONE with love and
compassion and the waters of joy will pour forth in a profusion you are just beginning to know.”

Hearts and Tansy.
