Forest Bath Breathes fragrance from the galaxies forest like places, allowing memories to unite and support us in the evolution of our own unique forests here on earth. After being in the forest for almost a whole day, I woke from a sleep being told to make an essence that included flowers that grow just in the forest. I had also recently read about the Japanese practice of “shinrin-yoku” which translates as forest bathing, or being surrounded by a forest environment. In Japan, research has documented the benefits from forest bathing which include reduced blood sugar levels, improved immune system function, and even anti-cancer effects. Clients have reported lower blood pressure, reduced stress, better focus, and more inner peace and tranquility. This essence is like a walk in the woods, wondrous, balancing, and deeply nurturing.
