“ He makes me to rest in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters.”
“I am Mary and you see that there is a smile upon my face. Welcome dearest ONES to my garden
of rainbow light. I take great delight in offering you the essence EMBRACE THE PAUSE because it
demonstrates dear ONES that we have accomplished a great deal and can now pause to catch our
breath. Being in a pause means that all is in place for the next wave of consciousness. We prepare you
as you are held in your frequency “pause button” until the next wave moves into place.
Your divine guides have instructed you to undertake any number of missions and projects for you
know there are many and now it has been many years of many, and as fast as you have been able, you
have been busily completing your assignments and then we have added another! The time has come
and we celebrate on high that a first stage of preparation has been completed. You have become
accustomed to our persistent requests and now you may experience restlessness or anxiety because you
are not receiving more instructions at this time. Instead your reservoirs are being replenished and your
vehicles are being more finely tuned. This pause is a time for spiritual refinement, deep rest and
rejuvenation. We on high are quite surprised to see you running around in circles, calling up to us and
shouting – “Well now what?” “What do you want us to do?” “Are you still there?”
So I send you this essence and say onto you – drink deeply at my well and enjoy dwelling in the pause
that will let you catch your breath as the next wave of consciousness discovers all that you have readied
for them. From your point of view it may seem like a bit of a wait, but when your perspective shifts you
will see that the pause was like the blink of an eye. Be not is doubt dear ONES, it weakens your
momentum. Look at all that has been accomplished. I go now dear ONES and leave the following
flowers to serve you.”
EMBRACE THE PAUSE has been a fantastic essence for burnout and weak adrenals. It often comes up
for those embarking on a vacation, and even serves as a way to be nourished during times when there is
much to be done. I like this thirteenth century Persian Prayer Poem:
Some nights, stay up till dawn
As the moon sometimes does for the sun
Be a full bucket pulled up the dark way
Of a well, then lifted into light.
Something opens our wings. Something
Makes boredom and hurt disappear.
Someone fills the cup in front of us.
We taste only sacredness.
