Hi Everyone, The LaHoChi Manual was published in 2000 after it was
whispered to me by one of the initiators during my initiation (in 1994)
into LaHoChi, that I was to take this exceedingly precious healing
modality to a wider audience. Initially, I was so very reluctant to bring
this out, but I was also so very impressed with the power and the
simplicity of this hands-on healing practice. It took me another 6 years
to actually manifest the publication, as I did not feel I was worthy of this action.

With the persistent direction from Ascended guidance I was finally
able to bring myself to publish, but only if I allowed anyone who
purchased the manual to make their own copies of it and bring it out
all over the planet. The only requirement was that the manual should
be copied exactly as it was published and that the lineage author(s) be carefully documented.

There were never meant to be expensive workshops or dictatorial
protocols. The practice was meant to be as simple as brushing your
teeth. And now, 24 years later, this manual has been translated into 5
languages; the most recent being Chinese. I am just thrilled to
announce this organic growth of this wonderful healing modality.

I still use this elegant and simple practice (originating from the 13th
dimension or octave) quite often, both on myself and on others. This
wonderful love and light frequency energy originated with the
Ascended Master guidance of Lao Tsu. If you want a very easy
energetic healing modality to practice on yourself (and others),you can
read a lot more about these wonderful healing energies at my website: www.lahochi.com.

Here is one of my favorite poems from Lao Tsu:

“Yield and overcome;
Bend and be straight;
Empty and be full;
Wear out and be new;
Have little and gain;
Have much and be confused.

Therefore wise men embrace the one
And set an example to all.
Not putting on a display,
They shine forth.
Not justifying themselves,
They are distinguished.
Not boasting,
They receive recognition.
Not braggin,
They never falter.
They do not quarrel,
So no one quarrels with them.

Therefore the ancients say, “Yield and overcome.”

Is that an empty saying?

Be really whole,
And all things will come to you.”

My vote for the flower that most supports our ability to bring out our
most spiritual level of being through becoming more contemplative is
the beautiful Rhododendron. It is no surprise that you will often find
these gorgeous shrubs growing around shrines and monasteries.
Some Rhododendrons grow to look more like trees than shrubs, like the ones photographed above in India.

The fragrance is very delicate
and slightly pungent, and immediately puts me in a different state of
consciousness! You can interact with the flower essence of
Rhododendron through our Mary Essence called CONTEMPLATION.
