Aloha Everyone! Please join me by immersing yourself in the beauty of Kauai through the gorgeous photos presented here. Years ago, I wrote about the healing Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, and now it has occurred to me that Flower Bathing should become the next big trend! What do you think? (I just know you agreed with me ;)), so, vicariously now with me, do spend a little time absorbing the lovely energies of some of the beautiful flowers blooming now on Kauai.
Talk About Light Workers!
Kaivalyanathaswami, one of the monks at the Kauai Hindu Monastery, mentioned that there are hundreds of yogis holding the light for us amidst the Himalayans, and they have been doing so for thousands of years.
These minds of light, free from the chaos of the kinds of lives you and I live, sit serenely in the majestic Himalayan Mountains all of their lives. The Sadhus are ascetic renunciants that stay in an environment conducive to spiritual transformation.
Now, you and I have heard this, but have you ever really stopped to think about how amazing it is that there are reclusives in the mountains and they have been there for years?
Swami said that some of these yogis stay so secluded that they don’t even know that there was a World War 1 and a World War 2!
Long ago, ancient seers predicted this period of darkness and they were preparing for it in many ways. One way was through maintaining the light through the disciplined practice of meditation. These yogis have dedicated their lives to keeping the light burning through the darkness.
Kaivalyanathaswami said that so very recently, the darkness is finally beginning to show signs of lifting.
Let these divine beings be an inspiration to you as a Light Worker, and your dedication to bringing greater and greater light to all of humanity and beyond!
“In the silence of the snow-capped peaks,
Where the Ganga begins its silent song,
Yogis sit in deep, eternal peaks,
Amidst the crags where they belong.
With breath as soft as mountain mist,
They hold the cosmic energy in their hand,
By Shiva’s grace, their spirits kissed,
The silent guardians of this sacred land.”

“Make yourself so happy, that by looking at you, other people become happy. A failure is only a step on the way to your success. You have to understand the purpose of life, the purpose of life is to do something which will live forever. Hope is not a prediction of the future, it’s a declaration of what’s possible.”

“Eternal gratitude (again!) for your healings, dearest Liz. I was experiencing anxiety to the extent that I have never experienced before. Then my sister-in-law died. I reached out to request a healing for the anxiety and the grief. The VERY next morning, I woke up feeling a peace that passes all understanding. I’m carrying that peace and joy with me even now, days later. My cup surely runneth over. Elizabeth, you and your healings are truly blessings in my life. I don’t know how others exist without your presence.
As always, love, devotion, and gratitude for all that you do. You are a powerful force for good in this world.”
